Creating a note

To create a new note, open Note Everything by just tapping on the icon in your apps list.

You will see a blank screen with the message that there are no notes in that folder.

So, press the menu key on your device and choose “New note” from the menu. After that you will get a dialog asking which type of note you want to create.

Just tap on “Textnote” to create a simple text note.

You will get the view of the new note with a single line on top which is the title of the note with a preset name. And a long textfield for the body of the note.

Regarding to your settings, you can just start typing the title or you maybe have to first tap on the desired input field.

When you have finished your input, just leave the note by pressing the back key on your device.

Everytime you leave your note editing screen (for example by pressing home, getting a phone call or other things), your current data is saved. So no need for extra save commands.

If you pressed the back key, you get back to the list of notes which now shows your recently created note.
